The 2019 Suzuki Ciaz facelift has reach the South African market. Just like India where the Ciaz received facelift in August 2018, the ZA spec Ciaz is updated with fresh exterior styling, improvement in specs & equipment and a new more powerful engine.

The Suzuki Ciaz facelift is powered by new 1.5-liter K-Series petrol engine which replaces the old 1.4-liter unit on the pre-facelift model. The new engine churns our 104hp along with 138Nm of peak torque and is mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmission.
The ZA spec Ciaz is available in two versions– GL and GLX. The GL comes with air conditioning (including rear ventilation), power windows, remote central locking, steering-mounted audio controls, dual front airbags and ABS brakes.
The GLX gets new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, along with a reverse camera, rear parking sensors, cruise control, automatic climate control, combination leather upholstery, keyless entry and push-start and a retractable rear sunshade.

Additional exterior goodies include automatic LED headlights and 16-inch alloy wheels with a polished chrome finish, replacing the 15” covered steel wheels fitted to the GL. The Ciaz facelift in South Africa comes with a three-year/60,000km service plan and Suzuki’s promotional 5-year/200,000km vehicle warranty.
