Tata Celebrates Rolling Out 1 Millionth Unit from its Sanand Facility

Tata Motors is proud to announce a significant milestone in its manufacturing history of rolling out the 1 millionth car from its state-of-the-art facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This historic accomplishment highlights the dedication of Tata Motors to never stop innovating to provide superior products that increase customer satisfaction.

Tata Motors’ expansion and prosperity have been greatly aided by the Sanand facility, which was founded in 2010 and occupies 1100 acres, including 741 acres (TML) and 359 acres (Vendor Park). The plant employs approximately 6000 people directly and indirectly. As one of Tata Motors’ youngest plants, the Sanand facility boasts cutting-edge technology throughout all of its processes.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Shailesh Chandra, Managing Director, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd. said:
