Isuzu in India has updated the D-MAX V-Cross pickup truck with a few added features and two trims with the price tag of INR 14.31 lac for standard trim and INR 15.82 lac for the high-end trim (ex-showroom Delhi).
Since this is a model year upgrade, the styling hasn’t changed but the new V-Cross now gets LED daytime running lamps, LED tail lamps which enhances the premium look. It also gets electronic stability control (ESC) and a traction control system (TCS) to help maintain stability for on-road as well as off-road driving. Along with better looks and wider safety net, the new V-Cross gets a 6-way electrically adjustable driver seat along with cruise control to add to the convenience.
Other improvements include 2-DIN entertainment system, rear-view camera, and a new Ruby Red color added to the palette. Other available colors are Splash White, Cosmic Black, Obsidian Grey, Titanium Silver and Orchid Brown.

The D-MAX V-Cross retains its 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine that develops 134bhp of power and a healthy 320Nm of torque. A shift-on-fly 4WD system is standard on the V-Cross along with a five-speed manual gearbox that works in harmony with a chassis and suspension setup versatile enough to serve well both on and off the road.
Ghandhara Industries Limited (GIL) is in process of introducing the Isuzu D-MAX in Pakistan with 2.5 and 3.0 liter diesel engines most likely by April 2018. The D-MAX will rival the likes of Toyota Hilux and Foton Tunland in Pakistan.
