Honda Atlas is on the verge of launching the BR-V SUV in Pakistan and has started to accept bookings. The BR-V which literally stands for Bold Runabout Vehicle is a 7-seater, built on the Honda Mobilio platform.

Two variants of Honda BR-V will be launched in Pakistan:
iVTEC – PKR 22.41 lac
iVTEC S – PKR 23.41 lac
The BR-V comes equipped with a 1.5 liter iVTEC engine which churns out 118bhp and 145Nm of torque. Both the variants will be equipped with a single airbag, while keyless entry, immobilizer and ABS are offered as standard. The S Grade, in addition to cosmetic differences, offers alloy wheels, leather interior and height adjuster for driver seat as well.

Just as in the case of the 10th generation Honda Civic launch last year, Atlas Honda is accepting bookings on a partial payment of PKR 1 million (non refundable) without displaying the vehicle yet. While this practice is highly questionable, but as long as people are happy to book the car this way, you cannot really complain about it. According to sources, more than 100 units of the BR-V have been booked already.
