In a time when PKR has gained 6% of its value against the US Dollar from being traded at around Rs 277 against a Dollar at the beginning of this month to being traded at around Rs 260 today, Hyundai Nishat has once again announced a price hike which is their third for this year and the second price hike announced within a week.
It is pertinent to mention that Hyundai Nishat has already raised car prices in Pakistan after the Federal Government increased the General Sales Tax (GST) from 17% to 18%. However, according to the company, the latest increase in prices will be applicable on all new orders for April 2023 deliveries and onwards. The latest price hike sees the locally assembled Hyundai cars in Pakistan get pricier by up to Rs 455,000.
Hyundai Tucson Price in Pakistan
The new price of the Hyundai Tucson GLS Sport (FWD) in Pakistan after an increase of Rs. 105,000 will be Rs. 7,569,000, while the price of the top-spec Hyundai Tucson Ultimate (AWD) with an increase of Rs. 200,000 will be Rs. 8,169,000.
