Lucky Motor Company (LMC) has once again announced a reduction in Kia prices. The announcement was made on Kia Pakistan‘s official social handles.
The company was the first to announce reducing car prices earlier this month in the wake of strengthening PKR value against the US Dollar, it has now announced a second price revision which is effective from the 31st of October 2023. Remember that the company had to deny a fictitious notification of a price reduction that went viral on October 28.
This time, however, the reduction is only applicable to Sorento SUV and Carnival luxury MPV, while existing prices of Picanto, Stonic, and Sportage remain intact. Technically, only Kia Sorento has witnessed a price reduction twice this month.
According to the notification, the price of Sorento 2.4L FWD has witnessed a reduction of Rs 1,301,000*, 2.4L AWD has seen a reduction of Rs 1,951,000* while the price of the 3.5L flagship version has been cut down by Rs 1,791,000*. The new prices are PKR 89.99 lac for the 2.4L FWD, PKR 92.49 lac for the 2.4L AWD, and PKR 96.99 lac for the 3.5L flagship variant. The price of Kia Carnival has been reduced by Rs 1,150,000* after which it is now available for PKR 160.0 lac.
