MG has decided to make the Comet EV even more appealing to Indian consumers with a substantial price drop. The base variant of the MG Comet EV can now be had for just INR 6.99 lac (ex-showroom), making it INR 100,000 more affordable than its previous price of INR 7.98 lac.
This move not only makes the MG Comet EV an attractive option in the electric vehicle (EV) segment but also positions it as a more budget-friendly choice compared to the top model of the widely popular Maruti Suzuki Wagon R priced at INR 7.25 lac (ex-showroom) for the 1.2L Zxi+ AGS variant.
The MG Comet EV stands out as an exceptional city car, providing a good array of features and serving as an accessible entry point into the world of electric vehicles. The Comet EV boasts a 17.3 kWh prismatic cell battery, providing an estimated range of 230 kilometers. With 41.5 hp of power and 110 Nm of torque, it offers an efficient and eco-friendly driving experience. The convenience of charging is notable, as it can go from 0 to 100% on a 3.3 kWh charger in just 7 hours.

What sets the MG Comet EV apart is its feature-packed interior.
