With this increase, the Ravi now cost PKR 10.34 lac, the Bolan Cargo is available for PKR 10.75 lac whereas the Bolan VX has now reached PKR 11.34 lac (all prices exclusive of Advance Income Tax). The company hasn’t mentioned any reason behind this latest price revision.
The Ravi and Bolan sold in Pakistan are actually pickup & minivan iterations of 7th generation Carry which were produced internationally between 1979 and 1985. By 1985 the 7th gen Carry was already replaced by a new 8th generation model. However Pak Suzuki has been “assembling” the 7th gen Carry for over 40 years.

The latest generation Suzuki Carry
Suzuki Carry entered its 12th generation last year at the 2019 Indonesia International Motor Show and as the company says, is bigger and more capable than the previous generation. This has also made the local assembled Pak Suzuki Carry (Ravi/ Bolan), 5 generations behind the global model.
