Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) accomplished the 600,000 export milestone for automobiles manufactured at its plant in Pune.
SAVWIPL is in charge of handling Volkswagen Group brands Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini in India, and has achieved the company’s goal of being the leading European carmaker in India. As it continues to penetrate the expanding Indian market, the export success solidifies India’s position as a vital export hub for the Volkswagen Group.

The Volkswagen Group’s export success story began with the VW Polo and Vento models, which were market leaders in their respective segments. These models paved the path for India to establish itself as a major export base for the German Group.
To further elaborate, the Volkswagen Virtus, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq have advanced with the same fervor thanks to their cutting-edge and versatile features in both left- and right-hand drive variations.
