Toyota has introduced a variant of the Yaris Ativ sedan in Thailand called Nightshade Edition. Featuring exterior and interior customizations, the Toyota Yaris Ativ Nightshade edition is priced at 699,000 baht (approx PKR 55.92 lac). The vehicle is offered with a 3-year/ 100,000 km warranty.
Highlights include a Black Roof, side mirror, and rear spoiler in Piano Black, new black alloy wheels, and new dual-tone exterior body colors: Cement Gray with Black Roof, and Platinum White Pearl with Black Roof. Inside, the seat upholstery is finished in black leather, accented with grey stitching.
Aesthetics aside, the Nightshade edition is based on the 1.2 Premium CVT variant so powertrain & equipment remain unchanged. Under the hood is a 3NR-VE 1.2L Dual VVT-i engine good for 94 hp of power and 110 Nm of torque, paired with Super CVT-i automatic transmission with Sequential Shift gear reduction program sending drive to the front wheels. The engine is compatible with E20 ethanol-blended gasoline.
