Car sales witnessed a slight decline in December 2020 with 11,247 units compared to 11,914 units sold in November 2020 according to the data released by Pakistan Automobile Manufacturers Association (PAMA).

As bizarre as it seems the Isuzu D-Max comes on top by selling just 20 units in December, however it was a huge improvement over its lowest-ever figure from November 2020. Then comes Honda BR-V which saw a 57% improvement in sales followed by Suzuki Cultus & Hyundai Porter among healthy improvements.

Toyota Yaris for the first time saw a sales dip in the last month of calendar year 2020. Suzuki Swift also suffered from a huge blow with just 74 units sold in December. Honda Civic & City combined saw 26% less units rolling out of the showroom floors whereas the Toyota IMV duo– the Fortuner and Hilux also saw a decline in sales during December 2020.
