Almost 4 years after its debut, the Kia Seltos has received its first major design refresh as previously only minor cosmetic changes were introduced. This time the 2023 Kia Seltos facelift features thorough design enhancements and equipment upgrades.
In terms of exterior uplifts, the facelifted Seltos gets a revised bold grille with integrated LED daytime running lights, a tweaked DRL design on either side, new front and rear bumpers, new 18-inch crystal-cut Glossy Black alloy wheels, a set of new wraparound LED tail lights, faux skid plates, faux dual exhaust tips on the rear bumper, and an LED light bar above the number plate recess.
Inside, the 2023 Seltos now comes equipped with a fully digital 10.25-inch instrument console, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a Level 2 ADAS suite with 17 adaptive driving functions, a panoramic sunroof, a revised center console, and dual-zone climate control. Furthermore, it gets a 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats, an 8-way adjustable driver seat, ambient lighting, and new AC vents on the center console.
Under the hood, the Kia Seltos in India comes available with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine as well as a 1.5L diesel unit. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, CVT, and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Also up for offer is a new 1.5L turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

The refreshed Kia Seltos facelift is offered in 3 trim levels, namely, X Line, GT Line, and Tech Line. Meanwhile, customers can choose from 8 color options including an exclusive Matte Graphite color theme. Pre-bookings will commence on 15 July 2023, with a formal launch expected to take place next month. Prices are expected to start around INR 11.0 lac.
