DFSK (Dongfeng-Sokon) comes under the umbrella of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, the state-owned auto giant considered as one of the “Big Three” Chinese automakers. According to our information the Glory 580 SUV was built by close collaboration of Dongfeng and Honda, since Honda happens to be a joint-venture partner of Dongfeng in China. Dongfeng also assembles the CR-V in China and the Glory 580 has close connections with the (4th gen) CR-V, as its just 90mm longer in dimensions and has a similar engine (although less powerful) than its cousin the CR-V.
