First spy shots of Geely’s upcoming GE11 electric sedan have surfaced the internet. Scheduled to go on sale in China towards the middle of this year, the GE11 electric sedan will also act as a global product in Geely’s product portfolio.

As with most EVs, the fascia comes without a grille, accompanied by slim headlamps with LED DRLs. Furthermore, Geely’s logo appears in full silver, differentiating itself from conventional Geely models. The car also features retractable door handles that are flushed with the bodywork, whereas the charging port is location at the front right fender.
From the sides, the high waist line and fastback design makes the vehicle look more fluid and dynamic. The rear end features slim c-shaped tail lights that are connected with a chrome strip with ‘Geely’ wordmark engraved. Plus there is no tail pipe, obviously..
Geely GE11 measures 4736/1804/1503mm, with a wheelbase of 2700mm. It is positioned as a compact car. The shape, according to Geely contributes to a drag coefficient of just 0.2375cd, which can improve driving comfort and NVH levels, in addition to reducing the vehicle’s running energy consumption.
As for the interior, the GE11 adapts a light grey color coded interior with minimalist design style. There is a dual-spoke multi-function steering wheel with a small LCD screen in front, which is expected to display speed and battery life information. At the center console, a large-size central control LCD screen is present, below which there are the air conditioning air outlets and control button area. Plus there is an electronic drive mode selector, as well as electric parking brake & engine start/ stop switch.

In terms of power, the Geely GE11 will be equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 177 hp, which will allow the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 150 km/h. It is supported by a lithium-ion battery pack. Information about the cruising range, load capacity and other parameters are yet to be officially revealed, and will be updated as and when available.
