Hyundai-Nishat has announced an increase in prices of its CKD locally assembled as well as CBU imported vehicles in wake of volatile currency value and added 18% GST recently imposed by the government.
Among passenger vehicles, the increase ranges from Rs 50,000 for the base Elantra GL to up to Rs 85,000 for the flagship Sonata 2.5L version. The price of the Hyundai Porter commercial truck has seen an increase of Rs 30,000 across the range. The new prices are effective from 14th February 2023.

As for CBU-imported vehicles, the Hyundai Staria 3.5 AT after the increase of Rs 75,000, is now available for Rs 8,364,000. The Staria 2.2D MT saw a price hike of Rs 75,000 as well and is now available for Rs 8,499,000. Hyundai Staria 2.2D AT now retails at Rs 8,909,000 witnessing an increase of Rs 80,000. Lastly, the price of Staria HGS has gone up by Rs 100,000, after which it comes against a price tag of Rs 11,009,000.
