Indus Motor Company (IMC) the company behind assembling & importing Toyota cars in Pakistan has announced a massive increase in prices for its CBU imported vehicles. The new prices which came on the back of record Rupee devaluation against US Dollar, are effective from 11th May 2022. Bear in mind the company has already increased the prices of its local assembled vehicles for 3 times within the first 4 months of this calendar year.

According to notification, the new price of Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8L hybrid has been increased by up to Rs 11.7 lac, price of Prius hybrid has been increased by Rs 12.6 lac, Rush 7-seater has witnessed an increase of Rs 7.1 lac, the price of Camry hybrid has been increased by Rs 19.9 lac whereas the commercial vehicles including Toyota Coaster has witnessed a price bump of Rs 13.4 lac and Hiace Deluxe by Rs 11.0 lac.

Furthermore, Toyota has also announced an increase in the price of the new Land Cruiser J300 in Pakistan. Bookings of the new LC300 were initiated hardly a month ago against a tentative price of Rs 72,499,000. However after an increase of Rs 7,500,000, the new Land Cruiser J300 will now cost Rs 79,999,000. Booking price of the new LC300 is still Rs 30,000,000 whereas deliveries may take as long as up to 12 months according to the company.
