The production of Suzuki Bolan, originally a hi-roof version of the 7th-generation Suzuki Carry, has officially ended after a stretchy 46 years of production period. Rumors about its departure had been circulating for a couple of years, but it’s now official as the company has marked its farewell. Images of the final production version were shared on social media.
The Bolan will likely be replaced by Suzuki Every, as indicated on our blog in earlier posts. The Bolan replacement will be similar to the JDM Suzuki Every which is the 5th-generation model that debuted in 2015 and is based on the 13th-gen Suzuki Carry model.

Although exact specifications are unknown at this stage, the locally assembled Every will likely get a 660cc three-cylinder engine with 48hp and 62Nm and will be paired to either a 5-speed manual or AGS transmission, with its lever mounted on the dashboard, as evident on the display unit at PAPS.
The bone-stripped Suzuki Bolan was available for as high as PKR 19.40 lac, the Every is obviously going to be priced higher. The formal launch of Suzuki Every van in Pakistan is expected to take place in the mid of October 2024. Stay tuned for more information.
