Suzuki has launched the Fronx compact SUV in Japan. The vehicle that made its world debut in India in 2023 and has already been introduced in various markets is being exported to Japan from India.

Under the hood, there’s a 1.5L K15C engine that works in tandem with a mild hybrid system featuring a 12-volt lithium-ion battery and a 6-speed automatic transmission, offering smooth performance and robust acceleration. Additionally, a 4WD version is available exclusively for the Japanese market. Safety is a top priority, with advanced features like Dual Sensor Brake Support II, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keep assist, ensuring a secure and confident driving experience.
Inside, the Fronx comes equipped with modern technology to enhance comfort and convenience. A 9-inch HD touchscreen supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, offering easy smartphone integration. Additional features include a head-up display (HUD), wireless charging, and multiple storage compartments like glovebox and armrest storage.

Although it’s unlikely that Suzuki will officially launch the Fronx in Pakistan, our local market is known for its popularity with imported used JDM cars. Therefore, it’s safe to say that we may see slightly-used Suzuki Fronx models running on our roads in the near future.
