Toyota Increases Prices of Selected Models by Rs 7.0 Lac

Indus Motor Company (IMC) the assemblers of Toyota cars in Pakistan has jacked up the prices of selected models effective from 16th of November 2022.

According to the company notification, the economic uncertainties, increased raw material costs, the vendor cost of production as well as forex fluctuations, and increase in utilities & overheads are the reasons behind the price hike. IMC at this point of time, will be passing the impact of the aforementioned reasons to the Toyota Hilux and Corolla 1.6L variants.

The price of Corolla Altis 1.6L CVT has been increased by Rs 1.9 lac whereas that of Altis 1.6 CVT U/S has been pushed up by Rs 2.0 lac. With this the retail prices of these variants are now PKR 49.79 lac and PKR 54.79 lac respectively.

Prices of Toyota Hilux Revo variants have been increased from Rs 6.2 lac to up to Rs 7.0 lac. The revised price of Revo E is Rs 9,069,000, for Revo G MT its Rs 9,839,000, while that of Revo G AT its Rs 10,309,000. Lastly, the prices of Hilux single cabin variants have also been pushed by up to Rs 400,000. Below are the conditions mentioned by the company:

  • New Price ill be applicable on all new bookings of above mentioned variants on or after 17th November 2022
  • All IMV orders already in IMC system as of 16 November 2022 against which Full Payment has been received on or before 25 November 2022 will be invoiced at current RSP.
  • All IMV outstanding orders approved as per price circulars on [March 22, April 29, and August 15] will be invoiced as per their respective approved prices.
  • Corolla 1.6 CVT and CVT SE new prices will be effective on all orders as of November 16, 2022 except for order list shared with announcement on October 27, 2022.
  • All Corolla outstanding orders as of November 16 with full payments made by July 15, 2022 in accordance with terms and dates as per price circular of March 22, April 29 and August 15, 2022 will be required to pay the fixed price differential of Rs. 300,000 inclusive of 1% Capital Value Tax by November 25, 2022.
  • The prices are exclusive of transportation, transit insurance charges etc.
