Jumping into the fad of announcing price revisions, Sazgar has now increased the price of BAIC BJ40 Plus SUV. The revised prices will be effective from 4th April 2022 and will be applicable on all new orders only. Previously booked units will be delivered to the customers on old rates.
With an increase of Rs 514,000 the price of BAIC BJ40 Plus has now reached Rs 8,199,000. The SUV is being assembled locally at Sazgar-BAIC plant while the company has managed to sell 81 units during the first 2 months of this calendar year.
The BAIC BJ40 is a proper off-roading vehicle with a ladder-frame chassis, high ground clearance and a decent approach angle. It is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine that develops 218 hp of power and 270 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox with power sent to either front, or all four wheels.

The vehicle is equipped with dual-tone interior, digital speedometer, detachable roof, dual airbags, ABS+EBD, rear anti-spin differential, 7” touchscreen multimedia system with DVD/ MP3/ AUX/ USB, rear parking sensors & engine immobilizer etc.
