Subaru’s EV Ambitions Shattered with Solterra

Solterra was the first all-electric vehicle by Subaru on which the Japanese automaker was counting big for its EV ambitions. However things came to a screeching halt at the end of June 2022 when Toyota recalled the bZ4X EV, the sister product of Solterra jointly made with Subaru, due to a mechanical issue with wheels that could potentially come loose.

More Than 308,000 Vehicles Exported from China in August 2022

As the global acceptance of Chinese cars is rapidly on the rise, the export of these vehicles from China is also increasing massively. According to China Association of Automotive Manufacturers (CAAM) some 308,000 unites were exported to various parts of the world, registering a year-on-year increase of 65% and a month-on-month increase of 6.2%.
