Master Changan Motors earlier increased the prices of Alsvin variants in August but were soon forced to take the decision back due to government intervention. However car prices in Pakistan started to witness a new wave of hike since November as almost all automakers have already announced the revised prices in wake of rising shipping costs & depreciating currency value.
This time Changan has been the last to announce the increase in prices but they have probably beaten the competition by a huge margin. The prices of Changan Alsvin has been increased by whopping Rs 275,000 across the lineup with immediate effect as the rates have also been updated on Changan Pakistan website.
The earlier price revision which was taken back in August saw the prices of Alsvin increased by Rs 120,000, however the recent increase is 129% more than what Changan made just a few months ago. In comparison the prices of Toyota Yaris were increased by Rs 140,000 to up to Rs 200,000 depending on the variant. After the latest increase in prices, the Changan Alsvin variants are now available for:
