Chinese auto giant Geely was reportedly working on an electric pickup truck, and now we have the first official teaser images of it. The upcoming Geely electric pick-up truck will be placed under a dedicated electric pickup truck brand called as Radar.

The side profile features pronounced wheel arches whereas the back gets full-width connected lights with ‘Geely’ lettering written on the tailgate. The pickup truck boasts an imposing stance however the road clearance looks a little less than a conventional pickup truck. These images were posted on Geely’s official Twitter account.

Geely is yet to release official details of the Radar electric pickup truck however looking at the pictures its probably the same size of that of compact pickups like Toyota Hilux or Isuzu D-Max we have here. It will reportedly ride on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, which would make it a unibody platform instead of a body on frame construction like typical pickup trucks. SEA is a flexible platform which also underpins the Zeekr 001 coupe SUV and the Smart #1 electric SUV.
