Honda Amaze Facelift Launched in India from INR 6.32 Lac

The second generation Honda Amaze was launched in India back in May 2018, the small sedan has now been blessed with a facelift featuring visual and equipment enhancements. The Amaze facelift is priced from INR 6.32 lac (PKR 13.9 lac).

Exterior revisions include a revised chrome grille flanked by new automatic LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs. The bumper now gets LED fog lamps as well. Towards the back, the Amaze facelift features C-shaped LED tail lamps, plus it gets chrome door handles & now rides on new 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside there is the new beige colored seat upholstery and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay connectivity as well as a multi-view rear camera.

The Amaze facelift is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.2L i-VTEC petrol engine generates 88hp and 110Nm of torque. The petrol manual transmission variant returns 18.6km/l, while the CVT delivers 18.3km/l. One the other hand the 1.5L i-DTECH diesel engine with a manual transmission generates 97hp and 200Nm while the CVT diesel variant generates 78hp and 160Nm. As for fuel economy, the manual transmission version returns 24.7km/l, while the CVT variant returns 21.0km/l.

The standard safety equipment in 2021 Amaze facelift includes dual SRS airbags, anti-lock brake system (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), ISOFIX seats, engine immobilizer, rear multi-view camera with guidelines, automatic headlight control with light sensor, driver side window one-touch up/down with pinch guard, rear parking sensor, impact mitigating front headrests and pedestrian injury mitigation technology.
