Honda Atlas has announced yet another NPD (Non-Production Days) schedule. The information was revealed via a notification the company sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
According to the letter, Honda is struggling with inventory and parts shortages due to which its supply chain is severely disrupted. Therefore, the Honda assembly plant will remain shut from 24th to 31st October 2023.
In a time when import restrictions are beginning to ease, and monthly sales figures have shown a slight improvement, the older players are still battling with inventory shortages. Earlier Toyota has also announced a month-long NPD schedule while Suzuki has also made a similar announcement today.
