Yesterday the brochure was leaked in case you want to know more about the specs and features. Their website does not currently show anything but ads have started appearing on the TV screens.
Both 1.2L (1,199cc) and 1.5L (1,497cc) engines are Euro-IV compliant with the former good for 88hp of power and 110 Nm of torque whereas the latter churns out 118hp of power and 145 Nm of torque. The engines are paired to either 5-speed manual or CVT gearbox depending on the variant.
In terms of safety, all variants get dual airbags as standard along with 5-seatbelts, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, security alarm, engine immobilizer, reversing camera, ABS with EBD and brake override system. However there is no vehicle stability assist or hill-start assist even in the top-spec variant.

Now to put things in perspective, the top spec City costs PKR 3,174,000 while top spec Yaris costs you PKR 2,899,000. A difference of PKR 275,000 between the two competitors seems rather extravagant.
The new car also lacks in the safety features compared to Toyota Yaris. While the Yaris comes with Hill hold assist and traction control as standard on all variants, City lacks the said features even in the flagship trim.
