Renault in India has announced a new warranty offer on its Kwid hatchback for 4 years/1,00,000 km (whichever occurs earlier), along with roadside assistance. The warranty program consists of a 2-year/50,000km standard warranty and a 2-year/50,000 km extended warranty. The company would also be looking at easing the vehicle ownership experience as well.

The Kwid is currently offered in five variants and two engine options. While the 0.8-litre variant is offered only with a manual transmission, the Kwid 1.0 gets the option of an automated manual transmission (AMT).
Renault has been introducing some after-sales initiatives from time to time such as the Renault Assist, Workshop on Wheels (WoW), Passion on Wheels (PoW), customer apps and customer service camps.
The Kwid is an extremely successful car in India, it is loved for its crossover-like catchy design, amazing features bundled at a jaw-dropping price. The Kwid is priced from INR 2.78 lac (PKR 4.85 lac) for the base 0.8 liter version, and goes as high as INR 4.7 lac (PKR 8.21 lac) for the flagship 1.0 liter AMT variant.
Since its introduction in India back in September 2015, Renault has sold more than 1,82,000 units of Kwid in India. In 2017, 92,440 units of Kwid were sold with a healthy average of 7,703 units per month. The Kwid had an intense bout with the Celerio outselling it on five occasions in Indian market last year.

Renault partnered with Al Futtaim group is in process of launching its cars in Pakistan.
