Renault has launched the Triber 7-seat MPV in India with prices starting from INR 4.95 lac (PKR 10.9 lac). The MPV comes available in four trims: RXE, RXL, RXT and RXZ. The flagship variant cost as high as INR 6.49 lac (PKR 14.3 lac).

The Renault Triber is based on the CMF-A+ platform which is a derivative of Renault Kwid’s CMF-A platform. It measures 3,990 mm in length, 1,739 mm in width and 1,637 mm in height, having a wheelbase of 2,636 mm and an impressive ground clearance of 182 mm.
Under the hood, the Renault Triber is powered by a new 1.0-liter three cylinder VVT petrol engine that develops 71 hp of power and 96 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and an automated manual transmission (AMT). Fuel economy is rated at 20 km/ liter.
The Renault Triber is a 7-seater featuring fully removable third-row seats. It offers 625 liters of space in 5-seat configuration, 320 liters space in 6-seat configuration and 84 liters space in 7-seat configuration. In addition to removable seats, the Triber comes with features like projector headlamps, LED DRLs, engine start/stop button, LED instrument cluster, roof rails, 15-inch alloy rims, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, pillar-mounted second-row air vents, ceiling-mounted third-row air vents, passive keyless entry, faux skid plates and 4 airbags.
Furthermore Renault Triber also gets speed alert system, rear parking sensors and seatbelt reminder system as standard to comply with the new stringent regulations and offers a reverse camera too.
