The all-new Honda WR-V has finally made its world debut in Indonesia. The compact SUV is the production model of the SUV RS Concept that was unveiled in Indonesia in November last year. The new WR-V is slotted below the B-segment HR-V and will compete against the likes of Daihatsu Rocky and Toyota Raize in the Indonesian market.
The all-new WR-V measures 4,060 mm long, 1,780 mm wide, and 1,608 mm tall, and has a 2,485 mm wheelbase. Despite shorter dimensions, the boot space is ample at 380 liters, while the ground clearance is also generous at 220 mm.
Under the hood, the Honda WR-V gets a 1.5L naturally aspirated DOHC i-VTEC engine good for 120hp and 145 Nm that’s paired to a CVT gearbox. This is the same tried & tested engine found in the Honda City and entry-level HR-V.

Honda Sensing safety functions are not offered as standard with the RS, but are bundles with RS Sensing package. The range topper adds on ADAS (Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS), Lead Car Departure Notification System (LCDN), Auto High Beam (AHB) plus LaneWatch, 6 airbags and auto headlamps.
