Chinese EV automaker BYD continues on with its rapid global expansions now opening its first showroom in New Delhi for passenger electric vehicles. The outlet that will be managed by Landmark BYD is the fourth BYD dealership in India. Keep in mind BYD already sells the all-electric BYD e6 electric MPV (as commercial/fleet vehicle) in India since November 2021.

The BYD Showroom Delhi was inaugurated by Garima Misra, Managing Director of Group Landmark, Rajiv Vohra, Director of Group Landmark, and Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business of BYD India in the presence of senior officials of BYD India and Landmark BYD.
The state-of-the-art 3S BYD Showroom Delhi which is spread across 6,600 square feet is one of the largest dealership for BYD in India. Fully-trained technicians, service equipment, service bays, EV charging stations, a customer lounge area and a showroom display floor work together to provide customers with the best in-store experience in Okhla Industrial Hub. The hub is strategically located in South Delhi abutting the border of Faridabad (Haryana) and Noida (Uttar Pradesh).

The first passenger vehicle anticipated to be launched is Atto 3 electric SUV which is scheduled to arrive by festive season, before Diwali. BYD Atto 3 in India will compete against the likes of the MG ZS EV, Hyundai Kona EV, and the Mahindra XUV400.
