It was first reported in August 2021 that Pak Suzuki will be finally replacing the 4-decades old Suzuki Carry-based duo — the Bolan minivan and Ravi pickup in Pakistan.
Since then, however, there were multiple instances where the local automotive media shared reports regarding the replacement of Bolan with the new Every minivan, however, nothing materialized despite authentic sources confirming the development. Even the local vendors & parts makers had started to produce parts for the Every van.

Then it was strongly believed that the duo would be phased out by June 2022 in the wake of the stringent WP29 safety protocols implementation, however, the authorities who were supposed to enforce this went into slumber. Pak Suzuki also showcased the Every, along with a slew of other vehicles, during PAPS 2022, piquing everyone’s interest and hinting at the minivan’s imminent debut in our market, but to no avail. Then again certain unverified stories appeared late last year about the launch of the locally assembled Suzuki Every, but they too proved to be unsubstantiated.
Suzuki Every at PAPS 2022
Now as per reliable sources, Suzuki Every will finally be introduced towards the third quarter (Q3) of 2024 (likely after the new Budget) which will ultimately put an end to the 44+ years old tenure of 7th gen Suzuki Carry-based Bolan minivan in Pakistan. The company would like to wait for the economic situation to stabilize a bit which is why there is a delay, the source added.
Although exact specifications are unknown at this stage, the locally assembled Every will likely get a 660cc three-cylinder engine with 48hp and 62Nm and will be paired to either a 5-speed manual or AGS transmission, with its lever mounted on the dashboard, as evident on the display unit at PAPS.

If introduced, the Suzuki Every will be a welcome addition to the Pakistani market, bringing the same great success that the company has witnessed with the 660cc Alto, which replaced the Suzuki Mehran after three decades in 2019.
